Abstract
Duodeno-pulmonary fistula is a rare condition amongst fistulous communications between abdominal and thoracic organs. Typically patients have pulmonary symptoms preceded by abdominal complaints. We present a case of Duodeno-pulmonary fistula with an atypical presentation
